This pastry samosa takes too less time than other samosas, as the filling is already readymade. This easy and simple recipe takes less than 45 minutes including cooking and preparation time. As per the quantity mentioned below, it serves to max 4 people. You can adjust the quantity as per your requirement.

Ingredients Required:-
- Plain Flour (Maida) - 2 Cups
- Salt - 1 Tsp
- Oil - 2 Tbsp
- Cold Water - To Knead
Method to make Samosa Pastry:-
1) In a bowl take flour and add salt into it. Then put oil and rub the flour.
2) Then add enough water to make a stiff dough. Make sure the dough is stiff. After it, keep the dough aside for around 15 minutes.
3) Then divide the dough into equal portions. The shape of each dough portion should be of lemon size.
4) Then take one portion and roll into a flat circular thin roti. Then cut them into two from the centre.
5) Take one half and fold it from the bottom to give a cone shape using water to seal the edges.
6) Then take the desired pastry as the filling and stuff it into the patty and close it using water.
7) Then take a deep non-stick pan and add enough oil for fry the samosas.
8) Once the oil is heated, then add samosas. Lower down the flame after sometime and cook till they turn golden brown in colour.
9) Your Pastry Samosa is ready, Serve hot.
